Startup Incorporations
We make your startup official + create your stock plan so you have the right legal structure in place to grow your company, build a team, & get the kind of funding that makes you spontaneously cry, fist pump, & speed text your BFF all at once.

First, we file your Certificate of Incorporation with the state of Delaware* to create your legal entity & complete all the mind-numbing-to-most (we like it!) corporate formalities that are required to set up your corporation.
AKA – we create your bylaws, put your initial board in place, resign the incorporator, & complete the initial board resolutions.
AKA – we ensure your raging delight that NONE of this is on your plate.
*NOTE: This service is also available to founders who’ve already set up LLCs & need to switch over to a Delaware corporation in order to raise capital. We’ve got you!
Then, we get equity issued to you as the founder & make sure all your intellectual property & assignment agreements are in place so your startup can own the IP moving forward.
